Council Resolution

The council can pass resolutions by majority vote. These are the resolutions of lasting relevance that have been passed so far:

The Council

#12: The council shall officially be known as SPF Council
#23: The council election period shall be one year
#1: Any council member may call for a vote on anything anytime
#2: A vote requires a proposal and a second and is identified by UTC time when proposal motion is made
#3: Within a council of five, the quorum for a vote is four
#26: Positions within the council
#27: Inactive or resigning council members NEW!
#4: The council shall hold regular meetings on IRC
#8: The council shall restrict non-public communication to the absolute minimum required
#18: Simple weekly statistics shall be published for the private council mailing list

#16: The creation of a legal entity shall be considered by the council
#9: A committee shall explore options for the future evolution of the SPF project
