Standards track update of SPF published by the IETF (RFC 7208)

The RFC Editor published RFC 7208 today.

This document is an IETF 'proposed standard'. It updates SPF as defined in RFC 4408 to reflect operational experience with the protocol gained during it's experimental phase.
